BUILD FOR TOMORROW

THE BRIEF

Build For Tomorrow, a pop-punk band from the South West of England approached me to create a brand identity that matched their energetic and cheeky personalities, as well as the skater punk culture that they take influence from in their music.

They were looking for a strong visual identity that would make them instantly recognisable to their audience, and that could be used in promotional campaigns and merchandising opportunities.

THE SOLUTION

I had a lot of fun with this one! The boys were keen to have a mascot style logo incorporated an all American homecoming vibe sprinkled with a taste of the South West, and what better animal to chose than a cheeky seagull, given that they are from a popular tourist destination.

During the sketching phase we realised that there was a lot of scope to make the logo incredibly versatile, perfect for merchandising opportunities and social media campaigns.

The result was a playful logo that is almost like a sixth member of the band with his own personality that people love, and a continued professional relationship for TWO-30 Designs.

Since then we have produced single and EP artwork, as well as merchandise, Spotify and social media campaigns.

TESTIMONIAL

“Julia at TWO-30 Designs was a delight to work with. Her engagement and enthusiasm for what we as a band envisioned was spot on, she understood what our end goal was and how we wanted a logo/brand that had instant connection to fans alike.

The ground work that was laid out with Julia was brought to life. The branding has taken our online presence to the next level and we have had nothing but overwhelming positive feedback on our social media, profiles and press packs and will continue to work close with this talent.” - Build For Tomorrow
